1365 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 1365 website at 1365.pro, downloading or using the 1365 mobile app, or registering an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the 1365 platform or create an account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 1365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3Account Registration and Verification

To use the 1365 platform, you must register for a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and preferred payment details.

1365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to submit identity documents at registration or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• OTP verification is required for account access and certain transactions.
• You must notify 1365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or report suspicious activity promptly.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1365 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied by 1365 at any stage of a PHP deposit or withdrawal.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment instruments for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

• Deposits must be made from accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method and account verification status.
• VIP tier members may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits in PHP.
• 1365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 1365 platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except in cases where 1365 determines a technical error has occurred on the platform's side.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

• Void bets are returned to your account balance in PHP.

1365 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to certain features.
